The Midwest Equitable Meter Company building, 3130 Charles Page Boulevard, was designed by Bruce Goff and built in 1929. The modest one-story, commercial warehouse has corbelled brickwork with the tan bricks laid vertically in soldier courses. Glass block was utilized on the sides of the building. The windows of the structure have been changed from the original design. The building is considered in the Zigzag style of Art Deco.
